Batches, workflows and approvals

Batches

Upload up to 100 images (500 MB in total) and process them together. Follow progress, retry failed items, and download everything as a ZIP with a manifest. Only completed items are charged.

Workflows

A workflow is a reusable recipe, for example: remove background → quality check → white background → Amazon and Shopify sizes → approval.

• Build one in Workflows → New workflow, start from a template, or Draft a workflow with AI.
• Steps can run only for items with a given quality result, for example sending "review" results to a person.
• Every run has a budget cap. Credits are reserved up front and unused credits are returned.

Approvals

Add an approval step to pause results until a reviewer approves or rejects them. Publishing to a store always requires an approval step first. Items waiting longer than 7 days expire.

Catalog Agent

With a Shopify store connected, the Catalog Agent runs a workflow over your store's products and, after approval, adds the new images to each product. See Shopify integration.
