Workspaces, teams and roles
Invite teammates, choose their role and switch between workspaces.

Everything in ClearCut (credits, API keys, jobs, assets and settings) belongs to a workspace. Your account starts with one, and you can be a member of others.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including managing admins and deleting the workspace |
| Admin | Manage API keys, webhooks, billing and the team |
| Member | Run jobs, edit studio work and share reviews |
| Reviewer | Comment on and approve or reject outputs; can't spend credits |
| Viewer | Read-only access |
Invite someone
Go to Settings → Team, enter their email and choose a role. They'll get an email; if they don't have an account yet, they can sign up with that address. Seat limits depend on your plan.
Switch workspace
Use the workspace name at the top left of the dashboard to switch. API keys always act on the workspace they were created in.
Workspace language
Admins can set the workspace's default language in Settings → Language. It's used for API messages and emails when a user hasn't chosen their own.
