How credits work, what each operation costs and what each plan includes.

How credits work
Processing uses credits. You get 50 free credits when you sign up, plans add credits every month, and you can buy credit packs at any time. Credits don't expire while your account is active. A cost estimate is shown before paid work runs.

Credit packs: 500 for $5, 2,000 for $18 and 10,000 for $80.
Low credits and failed jobs
We email workspace admins when credits run low (you can turn this off in Settings → Notifications). Credits for jobs that fail because of an error on our side are returned automatically.
