Signing in, Remember me and password reset

Ways to sign in

• Email and password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters.
• Sign in with Google. Click the Google button on the sign-in or sign-up page. If an account with the same email already exists, Google is linked to it.

Remember me

Tick Remember me on the sign-in page to stay signed in for up to 30 days on that browser. Leave it unticked on shared computers: your session then ends when you close the browser.

Verify your email

We send a verification link when you sign up. If you can't find it, check spam, or use Resend email in the yellow banner in the dashboard.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email. We send a reset link that works once and expires after 30 minutes.
3. Choose a new password. For your security, every other session is signed out.

Accounts created with Google can add a password the same way, or in Settings → Security.

Connect or disconnect Google

Go to Settings → Security → Sign in with Google. You can disconnect Google only if your account has a password, so you can always sign in.

Sign out everywhere

Settings → Security → Sign out of all devices ends every session on every device. Changing your password does the same.

Too many attempts?

After repeated wrong passwords, sign-in pauses for a few minutes to protect your account. Wait, then try again, or reset your password.
